Returns & Exchange Policy
At Luxiria C, we want you to love your purchase 🤍
Due to limited stock and small-batch releases, we currently offer the following:
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
As we operate with limited stock, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
As a new and small business operating with limited stock, we kindly ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are lovingly hand-packed and shipped directly from Brisbane, Queensland.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Total time to your door includes our processing time + AusPost transit time:
- Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: * QLD: 2–4 business days Interstate (NSW, VIC, ACT, SA): 3–6 business days WA, NT, TAS: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Next business day for most metro areas).
How can I track my order? Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
